Do our competitors bombard you with per-word rates? We are aware that the one language is more expensive to translate than the other, but also that each text is different. The word count of a translated text can be higher or lower than that of the original document and is generally speaking determined by the target language. But a text's level of difficulty and the specialist required to arrive at an effective translation are not. We provide a customised product, which is why we quote a unique price for each individual text. As an experienced translation agency, we are aware that translation work is often the last step in a long process that usually involves the creation of new text for, for example, a report, a presentation, new web pages, etc. Deadlines often loom close on the horizon, and our experienced project and account managers know exactly how to deal with this situation. You can expect a tight planning from us throughout the entire translation process, from the quotation stage to the delivery of the document. We're on top of it! 

The text in question

To allow us to give you the most appropriate price quote, it is important that you include the text that is to be translated with your request for a quotation. This way, we will know exactly what we are talking about. If the text is not ready yet, we recommend that you briefly indicate what kind of text it is and how large you expect it will be. In cases where we do have access to the text, we can analyse it with regard to repetition. If there is repetition in the text, we can offer you a discount; you don't have to pay anything for sentences that are literally repeated.

Discount

If you commission us to translate large quantities of text for you, we are happy to offer you a custom discount. In addition, you can also ask us to become your regular translation partner for your texts, which brings with it a number of advantages. We offer various options for making a favourable price agreement, such as: annual contracts with graduated discounts, bulk discounts and package offers. Interpreting rates

Like translation rates, the rates for interpreting services depend on a variety of factors. For instance, the language naturally plays an important role, but the kind of interpreter required (liaison interpreter, consecutive interpreter, simultaneous interpreter) and the location also have a strong impact on the rate that we will be charging you.
